Einladung zur Vernissage am 12. Februar 2005Am 12. Februar 2005 um 19.00 Uhr findet in der Martinskapelle im Kardinal-Döpfner-Haus in Freising die Ausstellungseröffnung PIETÀ - Ein Kanon von Christine Zohner statt.Die einleitenden Worte spricht Dr. Eckhard Frick SJ Christine Zohner, bildende Künstlerin, Ärztin und Psychoanalytikerin wurde 1939 in Leipzig geboren. Von klein auf hatte sie Interesse an selbstständigem künstlerischen Schaffen, 16-jährig hatte sie ihre erste Ausstellung. Nach frühem Schwerpunkt mit Batikarbeiten konzentrierte sie sich auf Öl- und Acrylmalerei, auch in großen Formaten. Ihre Ausbildung machte sie bei Professor Jacobo Borges / Caracas, New York und Salzburg. Die Ausstellung ist bis 26.3. (Karsamstag) werktags geöffnet von 9.00 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr, sonntags 12.00 Uhr bis 16.00 Uhr. Christine's work recreates the vision of man and his destiny.
This is done through fragments that explode and reproduce themselves again and again, rebuilding themselves, reconstructing themselves as people ..... trees. Then they break apart again into unrecognizable pieces that float in space. When we meet with Christine's paintings, we know that there is no end to the story. Through many years, again and again, her paintings have been reconstructing themselves like in a mother's labour, finding new ways step by step, steps that lead us to new fragments, to new empty spaces. Then we arrive in a hollow land or an empty space of loneliness, of total loneliness, where loneliness is absolute. There everything will begin from zero again. Nevertheless we are confindent: Christine will find a route to new shapes, new signs, new spaces, to the creation of a new order of significance. And once again Christine' art will allow us to understand or recreate this universe, visible and unvisible, as true art has always done. |
